I'm sending this to those of you primarily work in investigations. Reports of people being stuck in areas throughout town have begun to surface in addition to the strange zombie-like sightings. With everything that's happened over the course of the past few months, I urge you to use caution in your work as well as remind you to not interfere with the story. Do not let personal feelings get in the way, regardless of what you may see and/or hear. Look out for yourselves, but deliver the truth.

Nothing makes sense right now. That's okay. You're not alone -- but it's different this time. People are experiencing things you know you've done before, but aren't right now. That's what's happening. You're no crazier than you were a year ago ; things just keep geting weirder. But, you can keep your head above water. You can handle this. Things are confusing, but you can do it. You'll figure it out. Eventually.
